Finally got both my orders together yesterday; had received email to advise items had been made, but no despatch details. Good quality goods, but beware if you need anything in specific time scale for specific occasion, as it may not arrive in time, unless you order months ahead. My items took nearly a month to arrive, as they were shipped from USA even though company is marketed as Zazzle UK.

Dont waste your money, bought the clock and it doesnt work,,looks cheap an d made of plastic.... Cant contact anyone to discuss this and emails are ignored.... I have lost money when I dont have a lot.... Bought in good faith and not so much as an email back..... Disgusted to say the least......

After looking for a perfect personalised grift for a very good friend I came across this company and they have been nothing but helpful on all I queried .

I ordered 2 different collage papers. Shipping was so expensive I had to choose no tracking. I ordered on Feb 20 and on March 3 I was told my order had been processed and it would be another 9-18 days until I get my £13 purchase. It's now March 14 and nothing. This pushes people to pay for expensive shipping but I just won't ever use them again.

I was going to buy a jigsaw for a friend, but they won't take my money and just ship it. I want to do a single piece of business, not form a meaningful relationship!

Although I order my product on the 21st of December, they did not ship until 18 January 2021.When I asked them the update, they stalled me by giving unrealistic information. Please do not trust this company! They messed my birthday surprise up for my family.-------------------------------------------------------------Updated on 24 January 2021The refund has not been received yet!! Please pay back my money asap! I do not trust your company!!-------------------------------------------------------------Updated on 01 February 2021Although it had been delivered 1-month delay, they sent my order as a complimentary. My order was not quite what I was expecting. Contacted customer services, who responded immediately and offered me a refund without question. Great customer service, which reassures me to use Zazzle in the future and recommend. Thank you to your A* customer service team.

Terrible quality - printing is very poor and the t-shirts smelt horrid when I opened them. They were gifts so I was really diappointed. The t-shirts are poor quality costing around £2.00 each with poor ironed on transfers. Could have done better myself at home. Nice idea let down by poor quality item poor quality workmanship

I really wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Like someone else who reviewed the puzzles were not good quality pieces not cut out properly and as these were gifts very embarrassing!!The order took ages to arrive (maybe because they are made in America) but did eventually after I sent an enquiry. To top the disappointment they have charged me £12 for a black membership!!? They automatically add this when you place an order so beware. When I asked for a refund they refused and suggested a credit note!!Would not recommend this company on my experience.

Ordered a Pink Skateboard for my 6 year old granddaughter. It arrived today, it is a board without wheels, so she can stand on it but not move, it’s like buying a car without an engine. So in essence I have paid £ 64 for a piece of wood.Please everyone look elsewhere.

I had never heard of this company before but I saw an advert and gave them a go. I ordered 3 products but 1 of the items was a T-shirt that was too big so I asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size. They replied to my email within 2 days and were happy to send out a smaller T-shirt and waiver any additional costs-you can’t ask for fairer than that! I will definitely use them again.

I ordered 2 T-shirt’s one was fine the other slight mistake via printing machine I rang customer services at no cost to me, they asked for photo so I sent they refunded me within 2 day can’t go wrong with this firm.

I honestly thought because of the pandemic, I wouldn't have received a feedback to my query on time. But, was pleasantly surprised that I got a reply much quicker than I thought. The agent answered my questions and I felt satisfied that they did it in such a timely manner. Thanks!
